Green Goddess Smoothie
(Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free)
Servings: 1 large, 2 small
1/2 -1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other non dairy milk of choice)
2 cups spinach
1/2 avocado or 1/2 banana (for a smoother texture)
1″ knob of ginger
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup filtered water, coconut water or pineapple juice (Depending on sweet preference)
1/2 Lime, juiced
1) In a blender, combine all the ingredients above.
2) Puree until smooth.
3) Pour into glass or your TO GO Smoothie Cup.
